In this version, you cannot press/activate the ALT ALERT. In the Twin Otter Extended, you press/activate the ALT ALERT button which will automatically turn on the ALT HOLD when you reach your programmed altitude. One thing I noticed is that the autopilot altitude hold doesn't operate quite the same. My very first flights were from Princess Juliana to Saint Bart, then from Saint Bart to Saba. I've flown countless hours in the Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended all over the world in P3D, and I was very happy to purchase it today for MSFS.
